Super dreamy parent-child staycation experience

We went on a staycation at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hong Kong Island for a small family trip on the weekend. In fact, we have stayed here before and loved its environment and services. And this time I was happy to stay in the Magic Castle Family Theme Suite, the whole staycation was fantastic 🥰! First we went up to the parent-child floor on the 45th floor. The decoration on the whole floor is very colorful. As soon as we got out of the elevator, we saw a small train🚂 passing overhead. Before entering the room, the staff took us to the multi-purpose activity room "Hangout" to treat the children to ice cream, where there are different snacks, toys, even princess and prince clothes can be borrowed, very courteous! The rooms are 82 square meters super large, stretching across the middle of the hill, the parent and children's bedrooms are separated by a small door, with separate washrooms on both sides. Through this little door you can see their long-awaited castle! It's both a slide and a bunk bed, and you can use a flashlight to shine a flashlight on the unicorn on the wall to make it shine! The room’s light and dark are also adjustable, with a night light mode, so even children who are afraid of the dark don’t have to be afraid. The washroom also has a variety of children’s toiletries such as toothpaste toothbrush, shampoo, bubble bath, lotion, etc. The washroom in the children’s room also has a large bathtub for bathing. If you have a swimsuit, you can also go to the swimming pool on the 8th floor, where there is a children's play park for children to play. For dinner we went to Ming Yuet for Fujian cuisine, which is gorgeously decorated and elegant. Each dish is very exquisite, highly recommend their Xiamen style moist cake, there are different ingredients, then dot the sauce sandwiched on the cake crust, rich and delicious! After having a good meal, we took the tram to Wanchai for a walk. Early the next morning, we went to Cafe TOO for a buffet breakfast. It was really rich. There were many styles of Chinese and Western cuisine, including Hong Kong-style egg tarts, milk tea and noodles. It was very satisfying! Every holiday, the hotel also has a workshop. This time, I taught him how to make his own bookmarks using dried flowers. It was very interesting. Then we went back to our room to play, and before we left, the two little babies couldn't bear to leave!
