There were not many outsiders, and walking around Kat O was like "leaving the island to ourselves". Perhaps because most of the residents on the island are elderly and there are not many shops, there are hardly any people walking around the villages in Jiao'ao, and many of the village houses are abandoned. Unlike the villages you usually encounter during hiking, which always have a certain degree of "popularity", this place has a more secluded feel and is very comfortable to walk in. Unless you are a good climber and are determined to challenge Jigong Ridge and Huanghuang Mountain on the island, there are not many developed places on the island with concrete roads. To get to Jigong Ridge and Huanghuang Mountain, you need to follow the ribbon and find your own way in the grass. Unless you get off the boat at 10:30 and "reach the summit" immediately, it is impossible to make it in time for the return boat at 15:30.
