I've heard that Cathay Pacific's Hong Kong Airport lounge is the 'best in Asia'! This time, I specifically chose a red-eye flight just to rush into The Pier and indulge in their amazing food. Located near Gate 65, it's about a 10-minute walk from security. The lounge is a rectangular space with a clear view of the runway outside—perfect for Instagram-worthy shots! 🍕 As soon as you enter, the Western dining area on the left will captivate you with its aroma! The freshly baked pizza is a must-try. The crust is crispy and flaky, and the cheese stretches endlessly—no wonder it's the crowd favorite! 🍹 Further inside is the bar area, a paradise for cocktail lovers! The drink menu is extensive, and the bartender can even create custom cocktails based on your preferences. If you don't drink alcohol, I highly recommend the non-alcoholic Cathay Delight—a refreshing blend of coconut and avocado that instantly transports you to a tropical vacation! 🍜 The noodle bar is the true soul of the lounge! The roasted meat rice is glossy and fragrant, the dan dan noodles are spicy and satisfying, and the Cantonese dim sum bursts with flavor. The small portions are perfect for trying everything! The tea bar also offers exquisite tea snacks, paired with freshly brewed tea to cleanse your palate. From pizza to cocktails to Cantonese dim sum, three meals in a row left me so full I could barely walk out! I can't wait to visit again during my next layover—this experience was absolutely worth it!
