Lots of innovative dishes

The style of the environment here is quite interesting. The restaurant menu has many food options, and there are many innovative dishes. The names of the food and drinks are changed quite funny. Seeing that there was a limited time limit, I chose one of the Mediterranean creamy seafood. ▶️ Mediterranean Cream Seafood $268 This one is really full of cream. There are a lot of small scallops inside the cream, of course the main ones are big lobsters🦞 and mussels. The lobster is quite big, the meat is quite crispy and sweet. The mussels go well with the cream sauce. It also comes with two pieces of crispy toast, which is delicious when mixed with some creamy sauce. ▶️ Honey Lemongrass Pork Neck Salad $136 This was unexpectedly rich. The pork neck is quite refreshing, and full of sauce enough to be tasty, there are also salad vegetables and two large pieces of shrimp chips, full of Thai flavor. Also paired with a small pocket of sesame sauce cold udon, really fusion feeling. ▶️ Bean Curd Catfish Pizza $128 This sounded incredibly innovative, so we ordered it. The pizza was full of cheese, topped with bean sprouts and savory catfish. ▶️ Black Truffle Fries 🍟 $45 Freshly fried, hot and crispy, the black truffle sauce is very fragrant! ▶️Kinder coffee $56 This one has kinder chocolate bars and chocolate egg rolls, the coffee flavor is very rich! The whole drink looks beautiful. ▶️ Lychee $48 The litchi and oolong flavors are even enough, with a tea aroma. The drink will not be too sweet. The food here is good and affordable, it's a really good place.
