《Australian style cafe in Central 🇦🇺｜New menu: steak + all you can eat fries 🍟》

Last Thursday night, I met up with my long-lost high school classmates☺️ We went to this famous Australian-style cafe in Mid-Levels, Central. In addition to serving Australian cuisine, they recently launched a steak & fries menu!🆕 They offer two types of Australian steaks and all-you-can-eat fries. I personally think the quality of the fries is comparable to the all-you-can-eat fries in a steakhouse in Central☺️! - The design of the store uses cream tones. The decoration is simple and not fancy. When I visited at night, there were small candles at each counter. And there were many plants used for decoration🍀 The environment is comfortable and free-spirited~✨ 🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻 ✨ Caesar Salad The salad is sprinkled with cheese shreds🥗 The fresh and sweet tomatoes are served with crispy bread crumbs. The salad dressing is just right~ Fresh and appetizing! - ✨ Main ▫️Aussie Premium Angus Rib eye ($288) ▫️Aussie M6+ Wagyu Striploin/ Rib eye ($388) After the salad appetizer, the main course was two Australian steaks🇦🇺, namely Angus rib eye steak and M6+ Wagyu front sirloin~ I also chose medium rare. The Angus meat is tender and pink, with not much fat distribution, and the beef flavor is very prominent🥰 (My friend and I like this one more💕) - And the M6+ Wagyu is rich in fat and has dense fat. The taste is chewy. You can dip it in a little black pepper/sea salt to enhance the beef flavor!🥩 - ✨ Fries The side dishes include free fries, skewers🍅 and roasted pumpkin🎃. I especially recommend this fries🍟! They sprinkle beef bone powder, vanilla🌿 and other secret seasonings on the surface of the fries, so that the crispy fries have a thin layer of seasoning powder on the surface, and it feels like a creamy aroma. My friend and I ate 2 rounds of fries🤭 Plus, dip it in homemade honey mustard sauce and you will definitely keep eating it!! - ✨ Flash Green ($68) & Purple Lychee Soda ($49) Flash green is a smoothie made of avocado🥑, kale, pineapple, banana, apple and other fruits and vegetables! The taste is sweet and natural without any grassy taste~ And purple lychee is butterfly pea flowers poured into lychee soda. The gradient effect is suitable for checking in.
