𓐐 New Jinhe Ramen store in Causeway Bay! Must-order chicken ramen

Jinhe Ramen’s specialty is the chicken soup base, which is made from Japanese red chicken and simmered for more than six hours. The chicken soup has a fragrant aroma and a rich but non-greasy taste. The fact that the store has expanded from its main store in Jordan to its current six branches shows its strength. Today was my first visit to the new store in Causeway Bay. The seats were comfortable and the staff were warm and friendly, which was a plus before the food was served. 𓇸 Chicken Soup Ramen $98 I always order the chicken broth ramen every time I come here! The milky white chicken soup base has a thick texture, and every mouthful is the essence of Japanese red chicken. Served with slow-cooked chicken and pork barbecued pork, the meat is tender and delicious. There is also burdock fried on order, which is crispy and delicious. 𓇸 Hokkaido Crab Soup Ramen $138 The soup is made from Hanasaki crab that is directly shipped to the store from Hokkaido, Japan. The soup is a little thicker than the chicken soup. Served with plenty of umami crab meat! Every bite is full of crab flavor. 𓇸 Mixed skewers $188 The assorted skewers include eight types of skewers: one each of minced chicken, black pork sausage, chicken cartilage, pork neck, pork belly, chicken thigh, chicken kidney, and chicken wing. My favorites are the crispy chicken cartilage and the fragrant pork belly, which are perfect with wine! 𓇸 Plum wine +$30 The plum wine here has a sour and refreshing taste, a light flavor and is easy to drink. It is also a larger cup than the one you get outside, so it is cost-effective. In summary, the food quality of the new store in Causeway Bay can maintain the high standards of the main store. The decoration is brand new, the seats are comfortable, and the location is convenient.
