Unexpectedly, all the food was delicious and sincere 🤤. 🚩Drunken Chicken Drumstick $68 We weren't particularly interested in drunken chicken, but since this dish was recommended by the restaurant, we decided to give it a try. Unexpectedly, the taste was better than we imagined, and the chicken thigh was very tender and smooth, as if it was slow-cooked. The wine flavor was very strong but not too overpowering. 🚩Braised Australian Waygu Beef Cheek w/ Drunken Beef Gravy $238 Wagyu beef is usually very tender, but this is the cut of beef, so it is not too greasy and the meat is very tender. It is paired with a layer of black truffle mashed potato at the bottom to neutralize the greasiness, which is a perfect match. 🚩Crab Fat Mashed Potato Bowl &98 This dish is really full of crab meat, which is very authentic. It is really perfect when paired with mashed potatoes. 🚩Avocado & Lime Melty Cheese $98 I thought desserts were small, but it turned out to be so big. The taste of the lemon was very strong. The sour lemon taste could whet the appetite.
