This Kaboom 🍸 is conveniently located, very close to 🚇 Tsim Sha Tsui Station, and it has an unbeatable 🌃 Victoria Harbor view, especially its rooftop outdoor 🍴 dining area decorated like a foreign seaside 🏝 bar so very atmospheric, cocktail 🍹 has characteristics and food 😋 quality is also good, the staff 💁🏻 ♂️ is kind and chatty service is definitely one of my heart bars! Here even the indoor area downstairs still has 🌃 Victoria Harbor view, we chose to sit at the bar table, can 💁🏻 ♂️ enjoy the bartender bartending 🍸 and can talk together, ☺️ atmosphere full. The cocktail 🧉 named after their🍴 restaurant name Kaboom contains Whiskey, Brulee Liqueur, Homemade Darjeeling Milk Tea, Condensed Milk with Vanilla Flavor. Another cup of I Just Want To Go Home 🍹 contains Gin, Shiso Liqueur, Japanese Yuzu Juice with Cucumber Flavor, which is sour and sweet in the mouth🥰 so refreshing! Meat Feast Skewers can choose 🐓 chicken or 🐖 pork, we chose chicken 🍗, served with their homemade satay sauce 😋 fragrant and tender. The tuna 🐟 in Tuna Cups is very fresh, plus their homemade 👍 sesame sauce and a very crispy tart crust 😍 great with wine! 🪨Stone grilled🔥 Grass-fed USDA Prime ribeye steak🥩 The meat is very tender, and the beef 🐂 flavor is very strong, we ordered medium cooked just right.
