The walls of the store are covered with Japanese posters, and there is a row of cushions on the seats against the wall, which is full of Japanese style. The restaurant's main dish is stone-grilled meat set meals, and each serving of grilled meat is served with zucchini, purple sweet potatoes and eggplant, making for a well-balanced combination. Each person has his own stove and can cook his own meat. Recently, the store has launched a special offer whereby customers can eat as much beef tongue as they want for one hour by adding $98 to any set meal, which is guaranteed to leave customers very happy. 🐮 Gillette Wagyu Short Ribs $188 You don’t have to fly to Osaka, you can still eat high-quality Gillette beef in Hong Kong. The thick-cut Wagyu short ribs are fried until 30% done, and the beef remains tender. Use beef fat to brush the hot stone surface over a low stove, then pick up the short ribs and put them on the stove. The stove surface makes a sizzling sound, which is very satisfying. The Gillette Wagyu beef is lightly fried on both sides and simply served with sea salt or sansho sauce. It is full of fat, and the rich taste with a crispy outside and tender inside is unforgettable. 🐮USA SRF Wagyu Shoulder Tenderloin $188 The American SRF Wagyu shoulder tenderloin has clear marbling, is lightly grilled and dipped in a specially prepared grilled sauce, the meat is tender and melts in your mouth. The crispy and delicious chicken skin, coupled with the plump meat filling, is simply irresistible. 🗻 Fujisan Drink (Set Price + $18) The Mount Fuji special drink with a blue and white gradient effect is super check-in-able. The light blue bottom layer is cream soda, and the white top layer is cream milk foam. It is slightly sweet and thirst-quenching when you drink it, and it gives you a Japanese feel when paired with the set meal. 🔸Small summary: The Stone BBQ is located near the Hong Kong University MTR station, only 3-4 minutes’ walk away. Disposable aprons are provided in the store, so you don’t have to worry about being splashed with oil when eating barbecued meat.
