Sai Wan｜A very cost-effective Malay restaurant that I keep visiting!

Ma Liu is a restaurant that I have visited many times This time I ordered some food I had never eaten before. ‣ Malacca Pandan Coconut Rice ($82) The ingredients are very rich, including Padang beef, pandan chicken, crispy fish, eggs I think the most distinctive one is the pandan wrapped chicken. Wrapping the chicken in leaves keeps it warm. ‣ Malay Nyonya Tea Smoked Duck Rice ($73) Tea smoked duck is special The duck meat is very soft and not smelly at all Highly recommend this dish ‣ Singapore Salted Egg Yolk Fish Skin (+$22) The salted egg yolk is evenly distributed. The fish skin is also crispy enough Overall, I think it's delicious ‣ Nyonya Sesame Prawn Toast (+$18) There are sesame seeds on the surface, shrimp meat in the middle, and toast at the bottom. ‣ Longan and Red Date Tea (free)/Lemongrass and Orange Tea (+$3) The former works fine, the latter is quite tasty, with a light orange flavor :) 💯 I have eaten Ma Liu many times.
