A hearty unlimited hotpot buffet!! Lots of choices!

I ordered the Earl's Unlimited Time Set, which includes appetizer, chicken pot, seafood, and hot pot. The whole process is like filling the countertop with dishes. Many dishes, such as seafood platters, premium beef platters when served were quite surprising, but the mouth was a bit disappointed. Maybe it was served too well? The seafood didn't have any freshness, the beef had a beef flavor, but the cut was too thick resulting in not enough smoothness. The chicken pot only has a salty taste, not spicy enough. Overall, one try is enough. Price per person- HKD$368 rating - 3/5
