Last week, I took advantage of my eldest son's stay at school to attend school activities until the night, so I went to Pentola Restaurant on the YM2 Air Garden Platform in Yu Min Plaza, Kwun Tong with my husband for a long-awaited meal. The overall environment is very comfortable, I like the floor-to-ceiling glass design on its floor, so you can enjoy the garden view outside the store while dining. It was the clerk who served me the menu while also serving me the soft meal bread. We ordered the dinner set for two. The restaurant focuses on handmade pasta, so the main course is handmade pasta. The first soup of the set is corn soup, made with fresh corn, so there is already a very rich corn flavor before entering the mouth, and the drink is also very sweet and smooth. The package includes two designated drinks, but a game comes to of course to order a drink Chill first, so ordered a cup of Mystical Rosa, made from mango juice, pineapple juice and orange juice. Both appetizers were good, I personally think the white catfish and eggplant puree toast is definitely a surprise, crispy sourdough toast with soft white catfish, and sweet and sour eggplant puree, strong taste but also very appetizing. The three air-dried hams in the Italian air-dried ham platter have a savory flavor, and with grapes, I didn't expect the taste to be still out. Main course Fresh Boston Lobster Pasta, the Boston lobster meat is bouncy and very fresh, the pasta is very refreshing and soft and hard, what I appreciate the most is the amount of sauce is just right, so overall feel good, worth recommending. Another main course, the Italian herb sauce spaghetti, than the popular spaghetti it is more smoky and mouth-watering, each spaghetti is covered with Italian herb sauce, so the entrance is fresh and not greasy. Finally, of course, there is no shortage of dessert, smooth milk ice cream with sweet and sour passion jam, the two will not rob the flavor, I did not expect the taste is so good match. The other Tiramisu was good, sprinkled with cocoa powder on the surface, smooth cheese cream inside, with coffee flavored cake and a little bit of wine.
