Hand-cut Angus beef short ribs The beef was exceptionally tender, fully infused with the sweetness of the coconut juice without being greasy at all. Sipping a couple of spoonfuls of soup and then savoring a piece of beef was simply heavenly. Abalone and prawns The abalone had a chewy and bouncy texture, absorbing the sweet coconut aroma perfectly. It was soft and tender when bitten into. The prawns were incredibly fresh, with the sweetness of the coconut blending perfectly with the natural sweetness of the prawns. The combination of sweet and savory flavors was delightful, and the prawn roe mixed with the coconut aroma was divine. There was also a vegetable platter, plus a free half chicken. We also ordered two young coconuts, which were refreshingly sweet. The coconut meat was tender and white, easily scooped out with a spoon.
