Mango glutinous rice is a must-order at the end of Thai food! However, because of wide eyes and narrow stomach, the shopkeeper specially helped us arrange a smaller portion of mango glutinous rice, probably 1/3 of the original portion. This is the first time to eat "fried" glutinous rice. The glutinous rice is pressed into a round cake shape, the outer layer is dipped in egg paste and fried until golden brown. It tastes like New Year's cake with egg flavor, smooth and soft😋.
