Therefore, in May this year, we decided to establish a joint venture and set up a new Hong Kong-style ice cream parlor - Happy Ice Cream Parlor - on Lan Fong Road in Causeway Bay. Shun King specializes in Hong Kong handmade pastries and nostalgic classic delicacies. You must go and support the Hong Kong style sentiment that has been lost and regained. 𓈎 Happy Meal． Beef macaroni in tomato and potato soup $58 The beef is thin and tender, and the tomato soup is very rich, with tomato flesh and potato cubes, which is very filling! Served with ham and egg buns, the buns are not ordinary buns, but made of pineapple skin! Very sincere. 𓈎 Happy Meal． Swiss Sauce Chicken Thigh Noodle $58 The Swiss sauce has a perfect balance of salty and sweet, and the instant noodles are refreshing and chewy. Add a big chicken leg and a ham and scrambled egg bun, it's very satisfying. 𓈎 Happy Cream Cone $15 That's what I came for! Traditional ice cream parlor cakes are rarely seen. The cream cone is made of puff pastry wrapped in cream. The outer skin is crispy and fluffy, and the cream filling is lighter than expected, not too greasy, and delicious. 𓈎 Quick-sand shredded coconut cocktail bun $10 The bread is very solid and definitely not "empty". The coconut shreds in the lava are sweet but not greasy, and the products from this time-honored brand never disappoint. The unique flavor and classic cuisine of Hong Kong-style ice houses really should continue to be passed down.
