Last week, I visited Lai Chi Wo, a historic Hakka village surrounded by Feng Shui forests and mangroves. I recommend everyone to come and get close to nature during the holidays 🌲! The village has more than 200 small houses🛖, which was built more than 300 years ago. It is one of the oldest and best preserved villages in Hong Kong! Part of the area has been turned into a Hakka Village Experience Hall. On that day, some residents also sold handmade popsicles. The banana chocolate popsicles made with raw materials were refreshing and cold. There were also traditional tea cakes for sale, which were very authentic and delicious.
