Causeway Bay Steakhouse: Elegant environment, fine wine and delicious food

My friends and I went to Causeway Bay Steakhouse to celebrate my passing the exam. This environment is outstanding. The restaurant has a high ceiling and spacious space, and the curved booth design creates a gorgeous and stylish atmosphere, giving people a sense of comfort. The waiter first served soft walnut buns spread with homemade butter, but one bun per person was too little. HK$168 Beetroot Salmon Crudo ~ This appetizer is brightly colored, using beetroot and avocado juice paired with fresh salmon. The sweet and sour taste is very appetizing. HK$358 Beef Short Rib ~ The slow-cooked beef short ribs are slightly dry on the outside but rich in gravy. The side dishes include refreshing broccoli sprouts, sweet carrots and soft mashed potatoes. HK$108 Smoky Passion ~ When the waiter serves this cocktail, they will use a perfume bottle to spray the cocktail with a smoky scent. This gives the entire drink a unique aroma. The sweet and sour taste of the passion fruit combined with the smoky flavor adds a layer of depth. HK$98 Berry Well ~ It uses the light and refreshing fragrance of lavender as the main flavor, paired with light foam, to form a relaxing drink.
