Rich and Sweet Boat Noodles.

A friend recommended me to try the boat noodles in Ap Lei Chau, and today I finally had time to take the subway to Lei Tung Station and then walk to Tai Ap Lei Chau Street. The shop is super conveniently located near the subway station. The fish soup for the boat noodles is freshly made every day, and it tastes rich and sweet, very delicious. [ No.3 Fish Ball Noodles $40 ] Changed to [ Udon +$6 ] The soup base made with dace fish is fresh and tasty. The fish slices and fish balls are chewy and delicious, the soup base is very good, and I finished the whole bowl. In addition, I ordered a half portion of [ Fried Fish Skin $13 ] which is super crispy and has a slight fishy taste. It can be eaten as a snack on its own, or even better when dipped in the dace fish soup. Lastly, I ordered a very large portion of [ Signature Peanut Butter French Toast $34 ] Large square-shaped French toast, sprinkled with powdered sugar on top, rich in egg flavor, slightly crispy on the outside, and soft and fluffy on the inside, served with whipped cream and peanut butter. Beverage [ Signature Butterfly Pea Flower Lime Soda $21 ] It's refreshing, with the addition of lime and butterfly pea flower, giving it a sweet and sour taste, perfect for cooling down and quenching thirst.
