Last week, my husband and I had a very high-quality all-you-can-eat Spanish meal with star-rated cuisine. The restaurant is Amelia located in Harbour City! It is the first overseas branch of the famous Spanish Michelin-starred restaurant Amelia by Paulo Airaudo. It is also the first restaurant in Hong Kong by its founder and Michelin two-starred chef Chef Paulo Airaudo. I had been here for dinner when it first opened and was very impressed. This time I came to try the extremely value-for-money unlimited luxury feast menu. For one price, I can enjoy unlimited high-quality dishes designed by Michelin chefs within two hours. The shiny smoked salmon was served in the shape of a rose, which was super beautiful. It tasted salty and fragrant, and it was very delicious when paired with the fresh and crispy salad. Parma ham is also my favorite so it is a must-eat! This air-dried ham is of very high quality and has a meaty aroma and is not too salty. If it comes with pineapple as a side dish, I would definitely order two more. I highly recommend this shrimp cocktail to everyone! The prawns are fresh, chewy and sweet, and paired with the sour and delicious cocktail sauce, you can’t stop eating it. This dish of mussels and clams cooked with white wine is my dad’s favorite! I still remember having the signature charcoal-grilled Spanish octopus for dinner on my first visit and I loved it! I felt very happy that I could eat unlimited food this time. I still felt that the quality was still the same after tasting it again. The chewy and tender texture, coupled with the fresh and fragrant taste, I ate almost a whole one without caring about the threat of cholesterol. Mr. Che only ate a little octopus because he wanted to save space for the A5 Kagoshima Wagyu Sirloin! The fat distribution is perfect, the meat is tender and smooth, and the meat flavor is rich and melts in the mouth, leaving a lingering fragrance on the teeth and cheeks.
