Beautiful legs @Amelia

The Spanish restaurant Amelia recently launched an upgraded version of the Michelin unlimited luxury feast menu. This version is more sumptuous than the last time and also includes my favorite seafood. It tempted me to make a pilgrimage with its beautiful legs. Can you guess what it is? It is the delicious Alaskan king crab legs. Just like last time, it is divided into three levels: Basic$498, Premium$598 and Prime$698. We tried the highest level Prime and were able to taste the entire menu and enjoy unlimited non-alcoholic drinks for free. If you like to have a couple of drinks, you can add $88 to get any red or white wine, beer and 1 cocktail. In this highest-level meal, you can enjoy two types of soups, 12 types of salads and appetizers, 16 main courses and a variety of desserts. Start with a bowl of selected clam soup to warm your stomach. The soup is just the right thickness and creamy and tastes delicious. As a fan of air-dried ham, of course I would choose Parma ham! The ham is soft, salty and has a rich flavor. It tastes even better when served with pineapple. The mango shrimp salad contains many refreshing and sweet prawns, which is very sweet and delicious when paired with fresh mangoes. The mussels cooked in white wine include blue mussels and New Zealand mussels. Both are plump and full of sea flavor. Premium and Prime guests can add an additional $158 per person to enjoy unlimited oysters of the day. Guests of any level can add unlimited grilled lobster tails and charcoal-grilled Alaskan king crab legs for an additional $238 per person. If you want all three, you only need to add $328 per person to enjoy as much as you want. Friends who like to eat oysters should definitely not miss the plump oysters from Japan! When each oyster arrives, the hem is still dancing, looking very fresh. The oysters are creamy and sweet when eaten. It is absolutely not difficult to make your money back with such delicious food. Next, I tasted my most anticipated charcoal-grilled Alaskan king crab legs and charcoal-grilled American Maine lobster tails. The aroma is more fragrant when the lobster tail is roasted with its shell, and the taste is super chewy, sweet and delicious. Let Cheba personally demonstrate what Jumbo is! With the arm-long Alaskan crab legs placed in front of me, my saliva was already flowing out uncontrollably. The crab legs are super plump and the orange-red crab meat is so tempting! The rich seawater flavor and charcoal aroma are so delicious. For the first main course, we ordered the signature charcoal-grilled Spanish octopus! The cooking time of the octopus was very well controlled. It was tender, tender, and very flavorful. The potato salad that came with it was also very delicious. This octopus main dish was really great. Of course, the A5 Kagoshima Wagyu steak is exclusive to Chebaba! The outer layer is roasted to a crispy fragrance while the inner layer is tender pink. Dad Che said that it is very fragrant and delicious. Before he knew it, the second order had already come on stage! The restaurant’s borscht is very authentic, so I, who can’t eat beef, missed the chance to taste it! But Dad Che really appreciates this version with a strong beef flavor. The cocktail shrimps are very fresh, each one is fresh and chewy, clean and sand-free, and very enjoyable to eat. French fries with black truffle sauce always have their charm. Even though I said I wouldn’t order it, I still succumbed to it in the end. This fried single-bone chicken wing is what Dad Che wants to eat! Fried until crispy and not greasy, perfect with beer. At this moment, Mr. Che ordered a glass of red wine to enjoy, and was pleasantly surprised that the quality of the red wine under Free Flow was also quite good. The second main course is the wicked pan-fried foie gras with balsamic vinegar sauce! The foie gras is fried whole and crispy, and tastes sweet and fragrant. Friends who are not afraid of cholesterol may want to eat two more pieces. The charcoal-grilled four wild abalones are so healthy! It is roasted to a very charred aroma and has a very chewy texture. It also tastes very fresh and of good quality. But I recommend this Hokkaido wild scallop even more! The chef cooks the scallops until they are half-cooked before serving. The outer layer is crispy and the inner layer is soft and smooth, which has an extraordinary taste. The Iberian Acorn-Fed Iberian Pork was another surprise! The black pork is cooked to the perfect juicy texture with a hint of pink. There is no extra seasoning and the aroma of the pork is just right. Especially the part near the bone is so delicious that it is beyond words. We came to Tan Dessert and ordered the signature Basque caramel cheesecake, coconut gelato, pistachio gelato and Tiramisu. The coconut ice cream is filled with shreds of coconut meat and is very sweet, while the pistachio ice cream has a rich nutty aroma. Both are very smooth and delicious. Tiramisu has a moister texture, Mascarpone is fragrant but not greasy, and the full aroma of coffee and wine really pleases me. The signature Basque caramel cheesecake, made by a Michelin-starred chef, has a perfectly caramelized surface and is moist and soft on the inside. The rich cheese flavor will make your mouth melt. The upgraded two-hour Deluxe Unlimited Feast menu for autumn and winter is available from 17:30 to 22:00 (cut-off order time: 21:30) from Monday to Sunday dinner time, and from 12:00 to 15:00 (cut-off order time: 14:45) on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays lunch time. A 10% service charge will be added.
