Hong Kong Red Bean Baking

#springsummer2024 Every type of bread baked by Red Bean is really attractive, especially their pistachio series products, which look super delicious! Finally we decided to try the pistachio pudding mochi, 20 HKD each. The semi-liquid filling looks really tempting! However, it actually tasted a bit sad and had no pistachio flavor at all. The filling is like custard sauce, and the bread is like Korean mochi bread. Although the taste is good, except for the green color, it really has nothing to do with pistachios 🤣. Overall, this pudding mochi tastes good, but if you are expecting a strong pistachio flavor, you might be a little disappointed.
