The V Bar & Lounge, located in the basement of the Regal Kowloon Hotel, was renovated a few years ago, transforming it into an elegant, luxurious, and comfortable space. Although the area is not very large, it was fortunate that there were not many guests on the day of our visit. Thanks to the buy-one-get-one-free offer, the cost per person was just over a hundred dollars, making it an excellent value for a high tea at a five-star hotel. This season's afternoon tea theme is mango, featuring a generous portion of both savory and sweet items, accompanied by two mango smoothies and hot tea. The overall experience was satisfying, with the savory items standing out in particular. Overall, it was a great value for the price.
