The oil on the American beef shoulder is evenly distributed, and the meat is bright red and juicy. It is just right after being lightly scalded for ten seconds. The hairy tripe is black hairy tripe, not over-bleached, large in size, and feels fresh and refreshing. There are also smoothies and desserts after the meal, which is very heartwarming!
