This Chef's Tasting Menu ($338/head) is reasonably priced, has a wide selection of dishes, and each dish is quite exquisite. Starter: Spanish ham with tomato paste, the saltiness of the Spanish ham and the sweetness of the tomato paste balance each other. Raw scallops with mango beetroot salsa. French Fundiga Oysters (+$68) Although it costs extra, but if you like oysters, it is definitely worth a try, the oysters are very fresh. Second course: Garlic shrimp, garlic flavor, shrimp crispy; Sauce, taste better 😋 Main course: Spanish suckling pig with Spanish Padron peppers and grilled potato wedges (+$68). As for the air-dried Wagyu Belly side steak with organic mixed vegetables and red wine sauce (+$78), the Wagyu’s oil was evenly distributed.
