Hong Kong's must-try Sichuan cuisine in Tsuen Wan

I found this Sichuan restaurant, and the environment was very comfortable. The overall food quality was excellent, authentic, and delicious 🤤. You can even choose the level of spiciness, which is perfect for someone like me who loves spicy food but can't handle it too hot 😆. Signature Pickled Fish in Chili Broth This dish has all the elements: numbing, spicy, fresh, and aromatic 😋. As their signature dish, it truly lives up to its name. The fish portion is generous and incredibly tender, making every bite satisfying. The dish also comes with side ingredients like bean sprouts, celtuce, potato noodles, and baby cabbage. A must-order! Yue Chuan Stir-Fried Assorted Vegetables The chives are crisp and refreshing, and the dish is packed with a variety of ingredients. Stir-Fried Cabbage with Pork Lard 🥬 The sinful combination of pork lard and stir-fried cabbage is irresistibly delicious 😂. The guilty pleasure tastes exceptionally fragrant 😆. For the main dish, I ordered the Old Chengdu Shrimp Fried Rice. It had a great wok aroma, with each grain perfectly separated and dry. Very satisfying 👍🏻.
