Affordable and Delicious Beef Brisket

This noodle shop offers very affordable prices, even the most expensive beef brisket rice costs less than fifty dollars, with an additional five dollars for a drink, same price for hot or cold. Usually, I eat more pho or noodles, but whether you choose noodles or rice, the beef brisket is consistently good, with tender meat and flavorful fatty edges. This price is really reasonable. I also tried the fermented bean curd pork knuckle pho, which was fragrant but not too salty, with collagen-rich pork skin. However, if I had to choose, I would still go for the beef brisket.
