Lobster Bay Country Trail｜Mountains and Islands. Unparalleled sea views

Lung Ha Wan is located west of Sheung Sze Wan on the Clear Water Bay Peninsula in Sai Kung District, New Territories, with Tai Ling Tung on its back and Shelter Bay in front. This bay is a rocky beach and one of the popular diving spots in Hong Kong, where you can enjoy the unbeatable sea view of Sai Kung, with mountains and islands in sight! The Long Ha Bay Country Trail is a hiking trail where you can enjoy super beautiful scenery. It starts from Tai Hang Dun and ends at Long Ha Bay, with a total distance of about 2.3 kilometers. There are 4 ways to get to Lobster Bay: From Diamond Hill: Take bus No. 91 from Diamond Hill MTR Station and get off at Tai Au Mun Station! From Kwun Tong: Take minibus No. 103 from Kwun Tong MTR Station and get off at Tai Au Mun Station/Clear Water Bay Country Park! From Baolin At Po Lam Public Transport Interchange / Metro City Phase 2, take minibus No. 16 and get off at Tai Au Mun Station / Clear Water Bay Country Park! From Tseung Kwan O: Take minibus 103M at Tseung Kwan O MTR Station and get off at Tai Au Mun Station/Clear Water Bay Country Park! Summary of walking route: Get off at Tai Au Mun Station > Clear Water Bay Country Park (starting point of Long Ha Wan Country Trail) > Tai Ling Tung Viewing Platform > Equestrian Training Ground > Exit at Clear Water Bay Road Station This hike in Long Habby Bay took about 5 hours to complete. 90% of the Long Habby Bay Trail is made up of stairs. The first part took almost an hour to climb up the stairs, and the second half took almost an hour to walk down the stairs. Almost the entire route is stairs, which really makes you question your life! Small thoughts: The Longchawan Country Trail is more difficult and tiring than I imagined. For a beginner hiker like me, it is doable, but it is definitely not easy! The main reason is that the entire road is mainly stairs, and the slope is quite steep. The ground is made of uneven stones of different sizes. The most important thing is that you have to climb these stairs to go up and down. It takes a total of 2 hours to climb the stairs. Especially when you are halfway through, you really feel like you don’t want to walk anymore! But "I chose this road myself XD", although the climb was very hard, the beautiful scenery made it all worth it, it's really a "love and hate" experience! #Hiking route recommendations
