Hangzhou Vegetarian Goose I didn't expect to be able to eat such authentic Hangzhou-style vegetarian cold dishes in Hong Kong. The tofu skin is sweet, fragrant and soft, and tastes different from the usual Cantonese restaurants. This Hangzhou vegetarian goose is delicious. Dongpo Pork To be honest, I really don't eat fatty meat, but everyone comes here for the Dongpo pork, so I want to try it too. The Dongpo pork is served in a ceramic jar and eaten with a sandwich. As expected of the Black Pearl Restaurant, the food tastes really good and you can feel the chef’s dedication in every dish. I like the antique decoration here. Although it is a bit old, it is still neat and elegant. The staff is kind and friendly. This night is really unforgettable.
