Sage Coffee Hong Kong

After visiting Little Cove by the sea, we walked up the mountain🌊🚶🏻♂️⛰ We walked past the long painted staircase on Shanshi Street and arrived at Sage🏠 We waited outside the door for a while but it was still not open🚪 It turned out that the clerk on duty today was absent due to illness😷 We had to trouble the owner to come back to take over🏃🏻♂️ The coffee shop, which has been open for more than a month, is still in trial operation👀 The green and wooden space blends with the outdoor environment🌳 The two-story space has a high basement and sufficient light☀️ For the time being, only the basement is open and it is a private room👀 It is also used to hold various types of workshops from time to time🎨 The coffee shop currently only serves drinks and does not have hand-brewed coffee📋 Luckily, I came across the off-menu berry french toast🍓🫐🍞 The owner Jason is very thoughtful. The bread can only make one toast😮 So he went down the mountain to buy bread to replenish the stock and leave a few of us patrons😳😂 Espresso tonic is especially delicious in this weather, and there are dried orange slices to garnish it to enhance the flavor🥃🍊
