The park features four large reservoirs: Kowloon Reservoir, Kowloon Byewash Reservoir, Kowloon Reception Reservoir, and Shek Lei Pui Reservoir. All of these reservoirs were built during the colonial era and are nearly a century old, yet they are well-preserved. The park boasts beautiful scenery with walking trails surrounding the reservoirs, allowing visitors to enjoy nature and observe wildlife. It is highly educational. Along the way, you will encounter many monkeys, so be cautious and avoid exposing food or plastic bags. For hikers, it is recommended to bring hiking poles, snacks, and sufficient drinking water.
