The café opens at 10:00, but the pastries are still being delivered 🚚. You can order through your phone, but the main dishes won't be available until 10:30 📱. The menu mainly includes salads, gua bao (Taiwanese-style steamed buns), and desserts 📋. I tried the coffee master's recommended iced plum and black vinegar marinated duck gua bao 🦆🌮. It has a sweet and sour taste with a distinct Taiwanese flavor 🤤. The highlight inside is the century egg 🥚🤩. The cheese garlic bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, delicious as always 😋 The ice cream sandwich is currently exclusive to the Palace Museum café 🍨🥪, with two flavor options: osmanthus and coffee 🌼☕️. The less common osmanthus flavor is very fragrant and doesn't melt easily, and the cookies are nice and crispy 👍🏻. #singaporetrip#food
