Went in the afternoon without needing to queue, but unfortunately, the brisket was sold out. The tender beef brisket was still delicious, with a satisfying texture. The soup base tasted salty at first, but after stirring the rice noodles, the flavor mellowed out. Soy sauce needs to be added, though the brand used was just average. Every customer who came in asked about the brisket. At $71, it's worth the price, and the change is convenient to handle.
