Hong Kong Four Seasons Hotel! "Irreplaceable" Sea View Room!

This time in Hong Kong, I chose the Four Seasons Hotel, which I hadn't stayed at for a long time! The last time I stayed here was when I was about ten years old, and my memories of it are quite vague, only recalling that it felt old back then. While choosing a hotel this time, I accidentally discovered that the sea view room was priced at just HK$3,800, so I booked it without hesitation! I stayed in a Deluxe Sea View Room this time, and the 45-square-meter space was well laid out, making it feel far from cramped. The sofa next to the bed was soft and comfortable, unlike many hotels where the design sacrifices comfort. The Four Seasons' bedding remains exceptional, with the perfect balance of softness and firmness. The only downside was that all four pillows were a bit too soft. The bedroom has clearly been renovated, featuring sophisticated and high-end lighting design and a generously sized TV. However, the bathroom was a weak point—it felt dated with old fixtures, a cramped shower area (about 1 square meter), slow hot water, low water pressure, and a non-automatic toilet 😔. The hotel service was impeccable! During check-in, the front desk staff were professional and efficient, even escorting guests to their rooms and thoughtfully introducing the facilities. Room service was attentive, and housekeeping was meticulous, providing fresh fruit and snacks daily and even cleaning used dishes and cups during turndown service. The management of this classic hotel truly lives up to its reputation! The dining experience was also excellent! The set breakfast was flavorful, and the Michelin-starred Lung King Heen dim sum was decent, but the abalone and chicken pastry was absolutely divine 🤤! A highlight was encountering an incredibly enthusiastic waiter, offering top-tier service that ranks among the best I've experienced in Hong Kong. Let’s talk about the location 📍—situated atop Central Station and IFC, it’s undoubtedly the "center stage" of Hong Kong’s hotel scene! Overall, the hardware, location, and service are all top-notch, which explains its enduring popularity. Additionally, I noticed that Four Seasons hotels in Asia seem to be a magnet for foreigners—80% of the guests at both the Hong Kong and Tokyo Otemachi locations were international visitors 👨🦱👩🦳, adding to the cosmopolitan vibe!
