Weekend Poseidon Seafood Feast Dinner Buffet🦞🍽🥳

Last weekend, I had some free time and discovered a buffet at a hotel in Tsuen Wan. The theme this time was "Poseidon Seafood Feast Dinner Buffet," featuring lobster and seafood as the main attractions. The buffet runs from 6 PM to 9:30 PM, priced at $588 per adult. To my surprise, it was quite delightful! The restaurant environment was cozy and quiet, with booth seating even for two people, providing a sense of space and comfort. The overall cleanliness and tidiness were impressive. One of the highlights was the Boston Lobster🦞. Each order is freshly cooked by the chef and delivered directly to your table, ensuring it stays hot and fresh. Prepared with a butter cream white wine sauce, the lobster meat was sweet, tender, and springy. Plus, you can order it unlimitedly! Other hot seafood dishes included: Typhoon Shelter-style mantis shrimp, black pepper crab, stir-fried clams, steamed giant grouper, stir-fried grouper fillets with bell peppers, and shrimp lotus leaf rice—all equally outstanding😍. For the cold dishes, there was an array of sashimi and chilled seafood: freshly shucked oysters🦪, bread crabs🦀, prawns🦐, jade whelks🐚, mussels, and more. Additionally, there were whole grain-fed ribeye steaks and lamb racks, which were surprisingly good😳. Soup recommendations include the Cordyceps flower and fish maw black chicken herbal soup, and the Poseidon Soup (lobster cream soup🧡). Both were rich and nourishing, with the fish maw being thick and chewy—very satisfying! Finally, the dessert section featured cakes and Haagen-Dazs ice cream. You could also make your own waffles and enjoy the chocolate fountain🍫. The hotel even has an outdoor grass area with beautiful evening lights, perfect for taking photos. After a hearty meal, you can take a leisurely stroll there.
