Then you can't miss the semi-buffet at Mirage Bar & Restaurant! 💕 From May 1 to September, Mirage Bar & Restaurant is offering a brand-new "Summer Feast" lunch. Each guest gets a gourmet main course along with unlimited self-serve delicacies! The restaurant's design is inspired by the concept of a mirage, with a two-story-high bar counter as its centerpiece and misty glass decorations that perfectly align with the Mirage theme. The Summer Lunch menu features six main courses. We tried the Hainanese Chicken Rice and the Duck Confit Soba Noodles. For some reason, seeing Hainanese Chicken Rice on a hotel menu always makes me want to try it! 😆 The Duck Confit Soba Noodles sounded amazing just from the name—something you wouldn't easily find elsewhere. Whether the flavors work together is something you have to taste to find out 😏. Turns out, the flavors were quite harmonious, definitely up to hotel standards! 👍🏻 As for the buffet section, the variety of dishes is impressive. The highlight has to be their grilled cheese station, where a staff member melts cheese right onto your plate 🧀. It's served hot and fragrant, and you can pair it with the bread and ham available on the counter. Other offerings include fresh sashimi and sushi, salmon tartare crispy wonton rolls, dan dan burrata cheese, and for dessert, you must try their Basque Cheesecake 🍰. For seafood lovers, you can add HKD 188 to enjoy a seafood tower featuring king crab legs, whelks, shrimp, and mussels. If you're a fan of the Renaissance Café buffet but worried about missing out due to renovations, don't fret. You can now head to Mirage and experience this more diverse semi-buffet option 😌.
