This restaurant excels in both service and food quality, making the overall dining experience highly satisfying 👍🏻 For the starter, I chose the Tomato Bruschetta served with Italian garlic toast. It was refreshing and appetizing. The toast was perfectly crispy, topped with fresh and juicy tomato chunks—simple yet delicious 😋 The White Wine Clams were paired with a spicy lemon white wine broth and crispy Italian herb bread. The clams were plump and sweet, while the white wine broth was rich and flavorful with a hint of spiciness. The herb bread was perfect for dipping. For the main course, I had the Vodka Sauce Penne with apple-smoked bacon, sweet green peas, and creamy meat sauce. This unique combination offered a rich flavor profile—the smoky saltiness of the bacon, the sweet and tangy apple, and the sweetness of the green peas, all complemented by the vodka sauce and creamy meat sauce. The Shrimp and Asparagus Risotto was made with lobster cream sauce. The risotto was cooked to perfection, the shrimp was firm and bouncy, and the asparagus was fresh. The lobster cream sauce was rich and packed with lobster flavor. Finally, the signature Tiramisu was served as dessert. It had a smooth texture, a strong coffee aroma, and a balanced sweetness, providing the perfect ending to the meal.
