This time, I visited Victoria Harbour Residence in North Point and Lanson Place in Sai Wan Ho, and I’m absolutely in love with both 💓 I couldn’t resist sharing my thoughts with everyone— Both apartments are incredibly impressive! They’re just a few minutes’ walk from the MTR stations, which is a huge plus for commuters. The design style is minimalist and refreshing, giving off a cozy "home" vibe as soon as you step in. Plus, both are near the sea, so you can enjoy the sea breeze right from your window 🌊 However, since Lanson Place is closer to the water, you might need to pay extra attention to moisture control during Hong Kong’s humid seasons. Victoria Harbour Residence is located within a residential complex, offering a strong sense of security! Both apartments come with ultra-luxurious clubhouses, complete with swimming pools, gyms, and top-notch services. Of course, the prices are relatively high as well. With Hong Kong’s rental prices skyrocketing 📈 this year, it feels like the influx of high-caliber professionals and talents has really driven up the rental market. Compared to other serviced apartments in North Point, these two stand out in terms of cleanliness and quality. While I’m still torn between the two, I hope this post provides some helpful insights for those currently apartment hunting!
