Moved by the warm service at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong! Their care during my illness was truly touching! I booked a Deluxe Harbour View Room at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong for a relaxing vacation, but unexpectedly fell ill 🥺. To my surprise, the front desk arranged for early check-in and even sent staff to my room to check my temperature! When they found I had a mild fever, they informed me about the pharmacy downstairs since clinics were closed on the weekend, and even offered to buy medicine for me. Such thoughtful service! Later in the evening, the hotel called to check on me and, upon learning my fever had risen to 38.7°C, promptly sent up hot water with lemon and honey 🍯. Drinking it made me feel much better! The next morning, they came to check my temperature again, and when they saw it had returned to normal, the staff seemed even happier than I was. After recovering, I went for breakfast, which had an impressive variety of options! The wonton noodles were perfect for someone recovering from illness like me. After eating, I enjoyed a swim in the pool. The changing rooms were spotless, and the steam room and sauna were fully equipped. The pool water was crystal clear, and basking in the sun almost put me to sleep 🌞. The biggest surprise was the four dining vouchers gifted by the front desk, which I used to explore the restaurants downstairs. Before leaving, I even kept the room key as a souvenir. This trip truly warmed my heart! Highly recommend it to everyone!
