Alongside the steakhouse at Regent Hotel, one located on Hong Kong Island and the other in Kowloon, they are considered the most classic steakhouses in Hong Kong. The grill marks on the steak are the most outstanding I've ever seen, with a crispy and thick exterior that is simple yet direct. Paired with perfectly cooked doneness inside, it’s a seamless combination. This time, I tried the Argentinian grass-fed ribeye steak, which had a perfect balance of meat aroma and fat fragrance. The cooking technique was impeccable, bringing out the inner flavors. Whether paired with simple rock salt or green pepper sauce, the quality shines through. Besides the steak and crab cakes, their bacon is also quite impressive—thick and tender with a satisfying texture. Opting for lunch offers better value for money, though the dining time is relatively short.
