North Point's Brikete Bistro: A Romantic Dining Experience

I still remember during the COVID staycation with my husband, the highlight of North Point was the Hyatt Centric Hotel with its infinity pool and stunning sea view of the Eastern Corridor. Now, you don't have to stay at the hotel to enjoy the view. The outdoor dining area of this Western restaurant in North Point Phase II offers the same breathtaking sunset sea view. Combined with its moderately priced fine dining, it's perfect for us as a couple to savor delicious seafood while reminiscing about the memories we shared during that time. Since it was our first visit, we wanted to try everything, but it was hard for just the two of us to eat so much. For our dinner, I initially ordered the French Beef Tartare for my husband, who loves beef. However, I later discovered that he only enjoys medium-rare steaks or hot pot beef slices. Instead, he ended up eating most of the French-style white wine mussels I ordered for myself, and surprisingly, he enjoyed them so much that he said he didn’t need A5 Wagyu this time. For our mains, we chose seafood dishes: mushroom sauce clam linguine and baked French oven fish with clam meat cream sauce. My husband didn’t miss any chance to enjoy the clams, which was rare for him. By the way, I usually avoid beef due to sensitivity, but I took a risk with the beef tartare and sashimi. It was worth it, as I thoroughly enjoyed the melt-in-your-mouth beef tartare paired with the crispy bread.
