Dorsett Tsuen Wan

#hongkonghotel I booked a 5 nights stay at Dorsett in Tsuen Wan. The room I was given originally was a little small than I expected so l asked the reception to change to a bigger if possible. The hotel reception was really helpful and I was upgraded to a bigger room with a mountain view for free. I was really pleased with their customer service. I was able to check out their swimming pool and gym which was lovely and clean. The staff at the pool was very friendly and made me feel welcome. There is shuttle bus provided by the hotel to get to the nearby MTR which you have to book in advance. There is also a bus near the hotel to get you to the airport. It's very convenient. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
