A decent all-you-can-eat dim sum buffet during staycation

Previously, a Youtuber introduced Yue Heen as the first hotel Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong, a wealthy restaurant hidden in the city. I saw a package deal for accommodation on Trip.com, and enjoyed dim sum at this Chinese restaurant. I went there with great anticipation, but without expectations I wasn't disappointed. The food wasn't bad, it just wasn't as good as I had imagined. Location: In the elevator lobby of the Liuguo Hotel, just take one more elevator up. Environment: Going up to the end of the elevator, you will see a square lobby that separates the two restaurants. There is a wall in the lobby with many awards from chef competitions hanging on it, making it seem that this Chinese restaurant is full of tough guys. The interior space is quite spacious and the decoration is mainly elegant. There are ink paintings hanging on the walls, floor-to-ceiling glass for lighting, and the distance between each table is sufficient, making people feel safe and comfortable when eating. Service: The waiters have a hotel-style service attitude, wear suits, are neat and polite, which is something that ordinary teahouses cannot do. Dim Sum: Although it is an all-you-can-eat dim sum menu, there are only 15 types of dim sum, and most of them are very ordinary fried noodles, porridge, and even rice rolls are not available. The more expensive features are that each person gets: two bowls of soup dumplings, two South African abalone siomai, four shrimp dumplings, four siomai, two abalone barbecue pork buns, and two scallop and vegetable dumplings. The quality of each dim sum is average, and you can tell that the ingredients are real and no corners are cut, but the taste is actually similar to that of a teahouse, nothing special. After that, we all tried to order one dish of each. The Sugar and Lemon Barbecued Pork Pastry, Steamed Pork Cutlet with Plums, Dried Bonito, Peanut and Lean Meat Porridge, Ginger Thousand Layer Cake and Fried Dumplings with Chestnut Paste were quite delicious. I didn't expect that the bottom layer of the steamed pork cutlet was made of soft and firm taro, which absorbed the gravy and had a taro aroma; the ginger flavor of the Thousand Layer Cake was prominent, and even a little spicy, all of which were quite good. As for drinks, although you can drink as much soda and draft beer as you want, how can you drink enough after eating snacks, so we just ordered a glass of soda each. The overall quality of the dim sum is above average, but there are too few varieties and they lack any distinctive features. From what we can see, the customers are all elderly and only care about having a space to chat rather than dim sum.
