Staycation with quality breakfast

This meal was included in the staycation package. I knew it was not a buffet breakfast but a set breakfast, but I didn’t expect it to be of such high quality. It was beyond my expectations. Location: Just opposite to Yuexuan, sharing the same lobby. Environment: The layout is square, and the area can accommodate about 30 tables. There are floor-to-ceiling glass windows on one side, and the view is the nearby government building and the road. On the other side, there is a Japanese-style arrangement of wine bottles. It feels more like a Japanese restaurant than a Western restaurant. The overall style is elegant and spacious! Breakfast: coffee, tea or juice (unlimited refills) Poached Egg 🥚 "Benny's" $148 (original price) This is the breakfast I chose. It is rare for a hotel to provide Egg Benedict. Usually it is either scrambled eggs or fried eggs 🍳. In addition to two Benedict eggs, it also comes with salad 🥬 and avocado 🥑. Although the two eggs have different degrees of fluidity, the egg white is coagulated and the yolk is runny. The cooking time is just right. Paired with ham 🥩 and bread 🍞, it tastes really good! Hot crispy waffles 🧇 with fried egg, bacon 🥓 and avocado 🥑 $148 (original price) This one was ordered by my mother herself, which included two quarter-sized waffles, a fried egg, a few strips of bacon, avocado, salad and avocado.
