The Victoria Harbour tour encountered cloudy weather, disappointing!

I recently saw Pearl of the Orient on Trip.com. The Victoria Harbour Tour has a discount of $88, which is better than the previous discount, but it has a time limit. I looked at the weather report and thought there would be nice weather on Wednesday, but the clouds were too thick and the sun only peeked occasionally and then disappeared. There was no blue sky, so the weather was average throughout the cruise, and the check-in effect was discounted. Moreover, there were no activities on the boat except check-ins. If you spend $100 just to enjoy the sea breeze, check-in and take photos, it's worth it, but if there's not even the check-in effect, then there's no need to go.
