Scones are basically the food that appears in most afternoon teas, where the produce is ordinary and a bit dry. Savory dishes include: Prawn Tartare with Rose Sauce, Foie Gras Frozen Pie with Champagne Jelly, Ham and Cheese Sandwich with Black Truffle and Honey, Crabmeat Salad with Beetroot Bread Roll. Desserts include: Rose Raspberry Lotus Puff, French Sour Cream Cheesecake, Blood Orange Grapefruit Macaron, Litchi Rose Mousse Cake, Fresh Fruit Platter. The savory desserts tasted good, especially the crabmeat salad bread roll was quite tasty, and nothing else was lost. The desserts were all my favorite pink, the puffs were the best, the others were mediocre. The only drawback is that the tea leaves are not fragrant enough.
