Japanese-style BBQ

There are many restaurants in Causeway Bay. My wife said she wanted to try different yakiniku restaurants. We found this Kumamoto yakiniku restaurant online. We thought it was good after seeing the photos, so we made an appointment to come and try it at night. ✏️Position: 8/10 ✏️Environment: 9/10 ✏️ Hygiene: 8/10 ✏️Service: 8/10 ✏️Food: 8/10 The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of Jaffe Road Commercial Building, and is conveniently located, just a 2-minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR Station. The decoration is full of Japanese style and incorporates anime elements, giving it a friendly feel. There aren't many types of BBQ food, but the quality is good 🤭 🍱Selected Kumamoto All-you-can-eat - Adult $298/person (+$38 upgrade to Australian Wagyu) Our first time here, we tried the basic set first, and then upgraded to Australian wagyu for an additional $38 😆 🌟Australian Wagyu The beef you can order after upgrading is tender and fragrant without being tough. 🌟Kagoshima pork belly and Kagoshima pork sirloin In addition, after upgrading, you can order two types of pork from Japan, which are obviously more tender and fragrant than ordinary pork 😁 🌟Meat We didn't try all of them, but the ones that impressed us the most were the meaty braised beef ribs, the tender and juicy braised beef shoulder, the chewy beef flank muscle, the thick-cut and flavorful Angus beef sirloin, and the refreshing and fragrant thick-cut beef tongue😍 🌟Fish There is the less common Hamachi shark, which is very fragrant and has an attractive taste. The most recommended one is pineapple, which is sweet and fresh when cooked. 🌟Snacks I personally recommend the thick-roasted tamagoyaki, which is thick enough and has an eggy aroma. My wife likes the lava cheese rice cake the most. It is not too sweet but has a strong cheesy flavor.
