Ramada Hong Kong Grand View: Great Value Hotel in North Point with Convenient Location!

I chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location near my workplace and its affordable price. This casual high-rise hotel overlooking Kowloon Bay is located along Chun Yeung Street, a lively street that retains the charm of old Hong Kong. The area is bustling with local market stalls selling fruits, vegetables, meat, and seafood, and the iconic tram passes right through the street — giving the neighbourhood a nostalgic atmosphere. North Point MTR Station is about a 6-minute walk away, while the North Point Ferry Pier (with ferry service to Kowloon) is around 8 minutes on foot. My room was clean and comfortable, equipped with cable TV, free Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, and tea & coffee-making facilities. The hotel also features a low-key restaurant, a bar, a fitness room, and a rooftop pool offering great city views. There’s even a free shuttle bus service for added convenience. The surrounding area is filled with eateries — I especially loved Mak Kee (麥記美食) for its Pan-fried Dumplings and Xiao Long Bao, both delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a great experience — a pleasant stay with good comfort, convenience, and excellent value for money.
