Why is it five stars?

It was stated online that it was a five-star hotel. I have always heard that this hotel is very popular with families or couples, and it has received a lot of positive reviews. Recently, because of something at home, I stayed with my family for one night🌃. Our family's negative review started from check-in! We booked two family rooms with four double beds, which can theoretically accommodate eight adults. However, due to the absence of two family members, there were five guests when we checked in! When checking in at the front desk, you need to fill out a very detailed check-in form, and the content of the reservation does not match the order! The rooms provided after check-in only included one room with two double beds and one room with one queen bed, so it was different from the original order which stated there would be four double beds! After I told the staff, Jason just said that it was a problem with my booking and they couldn't change it. I understand, they just follow the book and give us the room they see, so I just asked in a friendly way, "Can you provide four double beds now?" The front desk clerk did not give a detailed answer. Well, there are only five of us anyway, so it doesn’t matter if we don’t have four double beds! After that, a credit card was required for the deposit, and it took a long time to complete the entire check-in process. The process took about 20 to 30 minutes, and we were the only customer who needed to be processed! Could you tell him faster? He just replied weakly that it would take some time. . . I understand that hotel staff are working hard, but this is a bit... The next morning, I chose express check-out because I was in a hurry and needed to check out quickly. But it turns out that express delivery is more durable than queuing at the counter! The staff said that because we had breakfast in the morning, we had to pay extra, so we couldn’t use the express train. Okay, let’s go to the counter to process it. I didn’t expect that I couldn’t use a credit card as a deposit the night before. The staff said that if there are any additional charges, I must use the original credit card to pay for it. So I would like to ask why I have to use a credit card as a deposit? Overall, it's not as good as rumored, and I just feel a lot of inconveniences! The sanitation in the room needs to be improved. Many places are very dusty and moldy! The sound insulation is not very good!
