𓋚 Hidden Gem! Airport Seaview Hidden Restaurant

#Halloween2022 𓈊 𓈊 The Upper Deck, located in T Bay, Tung Chung, is a secluded western restaurant with sea views. We visited during the weekend when the weather was good and ordered a high quality weekend brunch. The price is $248 and includes appetizer, main course and dessert. 𓐍 Chef Salad Chef's Choice Salad You should always eat something light as an appetizer. This salad has fresh vegetables and a large portion. It's just right for two people to share. 𓐍 EGG BENEDICTS Bacon and Egg Pancakes I didn’t expect that such a big portion of Benedict was also included in the appetizer. Girls with small appetites, you must be full after eating this appetizer?! (laugh) 𓐍 Fish & Chips Honestly, we couldn't finish this fish and chips. Because of the two big pieces of fried fish and a huge portion of fries! But the freshly fried fish fillet, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, is really delicious! Reminds me of London, England. 𓐍 Striploin steak +$88 I ordered medium well for the sirloin steak, and it was cooked to just the right degree. The gravy is rich with beef flavor, and it tastes great with a little sea salt! It’s also served with fried eggs and French fries. Isn’t that too rich? 𓐍Mango milk jelly cake The dessert for the weekend brunch is the Daily Chef Selection, which is kept a bit mysterious and makes people look forward to it. When it was served it turned out to be a very beautiful mango custard pancake. The cake base made by Grains has a good texture, with a layer of fragrant mango pudding and a layer of sweet jelly on top. The combination is rich in layers and not too sweet, it is indeed of high standard. This restaurant is considered to be under-estimated as a high-quality restaurant. Looking out at the sea view of the airport, watching the planes take off, and looking forward to my next trip, I feel very excited. Located next to the Sheraton Hotel in Tung Chung, it is not crowded on holidays.
