We ordered a brunch set per person, $268pp, with a buffet-style salad bar, a main and a dessert (but does not include drinks). There are many styles of salad bar, tuna fagioli, smoked salmon, cheese platter, caesar salad, mortadella, cherry tomato ... the clerk will wait for you to finish the salad buffet, signal to him, before the main shelf.
